Engineered Without Rivets
Traditional aluminium caravan frames relied heavily on rivets, which can create weak points and contribute to structural fatigue over time — especially in demanding off-road conditions. Our advanced TIG-welded construction removes the need for rivets entirely, delivering a cleaner, stronger, and more durable frame engineered to handle the harshest Australian terrain with confidence.

Unlike riveted or stapled frames, our TIG-welded aluminium construction eliminates common weak points and helps prevent cracking over time. TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas) welding, uses a non-consumable tungsten electrode and shielding gas to create precise, clean, and exceptionally strong welds. The result is a seamless, rivet-free frame that delivers outstanding strength, durability, and a premium finish both on and off the road.
Every Urban Caravan is built using 100% locally sourced aluminium, expertly TIG welded and lock bolted for superior structural integrity. Combined with an advanced Z-channel chassis design, the frame is secured to the side rather than sitting on top of the floor, creating a stronger, more integrated build engineered to handle tough Australian conditions with confidence.
