Thanks to Laura and the Touring Hub service team for squeezing us in at short notice. Great service and a genuine willingness to help. The team were able to resolve our total brake failure due to an electrical fault in a few hours. Repair was done under warranty without any fuss. Van is just over 12 months old. Everyone I spoke to at the Touring Hub, was friendly and knowledgeable. Looked at new vans while waiting and was offered water or coffee by the sales staff multiple times by different staff. 🙂
